About Deanship of Admission, Registration

Deanship of Admission, Registration, and Student Affairs is one of the most important deanship in any University as it carries important responsibilities. Not only does it follow up students academically, its responsibilities extend to include providing all information about the University, its colleges and majors. It is also responsible for the announcement of the University’s terms of Admission and the academic rules and regulations. It is interested in clearly answering all inquiries related to it, and establishing and managing student’s activities. The Deanship is also in charge of preparing statistics that are required by different parties from inside and outside the University and that contribute in clarifying the important role of the University in the process of national revival.

The Deanship of Admission, Registration, and Student Affairs includes three Departments, the Departments of Admission, the Departments of Registration, and the Departments of Student Affairs. The three Departments work on important vital tasks that serve all students and seek to facilitate their affairs and provide them with all the help they need in regards of academic matters. In order to achieve all the positive factors regarding the progress and constancy of the courses at the University, the job of the deanship is continuous throughout the year, given its magnitude and ramifications. To this end, the deanship evaluates itself and carefully considers the mechanism of work in order to constantly raise its performance, and achieve quality output in all aspects, and to make sure that the administrative structure is consistent with the requirements of development.

In addition to the deanship’s administrative and technical duties within the university, we find that its responsibilities extend beyond the University, because of the requirements of rapid development in academic institutions, which demand effective, continuous coordination and cooperation between various Sectors within the University and other Sectors outside the University.
