 From High School to College of Medicine Dar Al Uloom University

If you have completed high school and would like to apply for an undergraduate degree in Medicine at Dar Al Uloom University, follow the steps given below

 

Step 1- Admission Pre-Requisite.

  1. Pay 5000 SAR as application fee and submit electronic/scanned receipt
  2. Copy of all the required documents

 

Step 2- Submit Application

  1. Sign up for a new account using a valid email address. All notifications will be communicated via email
  2. Complete the online Admission’s application

 

Documents required (Check list)

To complete the Online Application you need a scanned copy (Max File Size 1 MB for each) of the followings:

  1. Application fee (5000 SAR) receipt voucher
  2. High school Graduation Certificate and Transcript (Report Card) stamped by Ministry of Education
  3. Tahseely score record
  4. Qudurat score record
  5. TOEFL score record or IELTS score record
  6. SAT I & SAT II scores records or any other standardized test(s) score(s)
  7. Copy of National I.D. for Saudis or Iqama for Non-Saudis
  8. Copy of Passport
  9. Colored photo 4*6 size
  10. Medical Fitness certificate
  11. Medical Insurance Card (Non-Saudi Students must provide medical insurance)

Students Transferring to Dar Al Uloom University from other Universities

Admissions Criteria

Studied at recognized university or college in or out of the Kingdom & should meet the following conditions.

  1. Submit original transcript(s)
  2. Minimum 4/5 GPA
  3. Credits Transfers must be approved initially by college of medicine, Dar Al Uloom University, and the total number of Credit Hours must not exceed 48 credit hours. The process of credit transfer will begin after acceptance to the college

  3. For college of Medicine prospected students, once all requirements are completed, an interview will be arranged and then the student should expect a reply within a week

  10. Official transcript of previous college / University
  11. Fill Credit Transfer Form
  12. . Official course description from previous university/College
  13. Medical fitness certificate

Students coming from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Requirements for the University to issue your Student Visa

  1. Your application for admission must be submitted & applied
  2. Your Certificates & Transcripts must be certified by the Saudi Embassy in the country of your study
  3. Your Certificates & Transcripts must be evaluated & certified by the Saudi Ministry of Education
  4. You must pay the application fee of SR 5000

* Please note that the University does not guarantee the issuance of your Student Visa but will help facilitate the process

Applicants who do not meet direct Admissions requirements can join UPP at Dar Al Uloom University. This program will enable you to improve English language proficiency and academic skills. Those who successfully finish UPP will join Dar Al Uloom University. To get accepted in UPP, you must meet the following criteria:

Applicants from other international curriculums must take any of the above listed system entrance exams and submit documents that prove that they finished high school (12 years of study) in their home countries and have their high school documents’ evaluation completed in the Saudi Ministry of Education. Applicants will be evaluated based on their high school performance and interviews by perspective colleges. They must also meet any of the English requirements as specified below
