Strategic Plan Office Mission:

Developing the university’s strategic plan using the latest scientific methodologies, and monitoring and following up on its implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Developing the strategic plan for the university.
2. Preparing the executive plan and timeframe for implementing the strategic plan of the university.
3. Monitoring the preparation of strategic plans for the colleges in alignment with the university’s strategic plan.
4. Providing technical support to the committees responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans in the colleges and other units of the university.
5. Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators in the university’s strategic plan and in the strategic plans of the colleges and other units within the university to support the achievement of their annual targets.
