The Quality Culture Unit, part of the Quality Department, organised a celebration for International Day for Quality under patronage of His Excellence Professor Dr Khalid Al-Humoody, University Rector, last Thursday, 9 November, in the Auditorium, with the attendance of University Vice-Deans, College Deans, and a number of university faculty and representatives, and students.

The ceremony was begun by student Fahad Al-Qahtani, when he welcomed the attendance and university representatives. The address by the Quality Department was given by Dr Mohammed Samir AbdulHaq, Quality Department manager. Dr Shadia Sheikh then followed with words on behalf of faculty members. The words of the students was given by the student Abdul-Aziz bin Musnad.

The ceremony included a number of parts which helped to spread the Quality culture among the university representatives and students. The end was with His Excellence, the University Rector honouring the managers of the Quality Units in the Colleges, and faculty members who participated through their efforts in presenting training workshops.
