The College of Business Administration organized a lecture on “Innovation and Future Careers” on Tuesday, 10/18/2022 presented by Eng. Abdulwahed Al-Ghanem, founder of Innovation Nation and President of the Saudi Innovation Club and the Association of the Global Innovation Institute in Saudi Arabia. Eng. Abdulwahed addressed several topics about innovation, the first of which is the difference between innovation and patents and the factors of success in innovation. The discussion began with addressing number of enquiries such as Why do we innovate? How do we innovate? and then reviewed the factors of change, innovation goals, areas and forms of innovation, and what are the roles of innovation functions and the global and local view of innovation. The lecture concluded with reenforcing the fact that the innovation is a career and not a single task and then Eng. Abdulwahed addressed
