Quality Culture Implements Workshop on Electronic Courses Quality Standards

Dr. Mohamed Samir Abdel-Haq, Director of the Directorate of Quality at DAU presented a workshop on Quality Standards for Electronic Courses, during which he shed light on quality standards set by Quality Matters, a global organization concerned with ensuring the quality of electronic courses and ensuring the quality of the e-learning and distance education environment. The goal of the workshop was to enhance the quality of electronic content on the University’s LMS system through improving the eight basic criteria related to how course content is displayed on the LMS system, including general information about the course, course objectives, course learning outcomes, evaluation methods and educational content. The workshop also included highlights of good course samples at Dar Al Uloom University’s LMS.
