Qiddiya Team Participates in DAU’s Engineering Projects’ Evaluation
OnTuesday 31st. December, a team from the Qiddiya project participated in the evaluation of projects designed by students of the College of Architecture and Digital Design at Dar Al Uloom University, who are participating in the Performing Art Center Design Competition.
The College of Architecture & Digital Design participated with more than 15 projects supervised by Dr. Mustafa Ramadan, Eng. Ghiath Al-Shawa, Eng. Asma Abdul Rahman, and Eng. Sarah Al-Hamidi, in a university-level competition in the Kingdom.
The Qiddiya’s project competition’s judging team included consisted of Engineer Mohamed Al-Salahi, Project Design Director, Engineer Faisal Al-Dalbahi, general plan’s Director, Architect Anoud Al-Juaid, and Engineer Holly Chant, Director of Sustainability & Environment.
The Qiddiya’s team hailed the outstanding level of DAU’s students’ projects, stressing that this level reflects the high quality education at the College of Architecture and Digital Design, and its ability to compete at both local and regional levels.
This project team’s visit is one in a series of previous visits, during which it followed up the stages of the preparation of the projects through giving workshops for both faculty members and participating students
