Designing Awareness Posters on the Dangers of E-cigarettes and Vaping
The English Language Department at the University Preparation Program implemented the “Designing Awareness Posters on the Dangers of E-cigarettes and Vaping” initiative. This project aimed to raise awareness among female students regarding the risks of this growing negative phenomenon, empowering them to spread educational messages by utilizing their English language skills and creative design talents.
The initiative sought to encourage students to express their ideas through innovative methods, designing posters that highlight the harmful effects of e-cigarettes and vaping on both individual health and society. The program witnessed remarkable engagement and distinguished creativity, reflecting the students’ awareness and their commitment to community service. The standout posters were displayed in the student lobby on Wednesday and Thursday, April 22 and 23. The exhibition received widespread attendance and praise from university staff and students alike, marking the initiative’s success in achieving its educational goals. Together toward health awareness… and purposeful creativity.
