Deanship of Postgraduate Studies & Research Meets with Postgraduate Law Students
The Deanship of Graduate Studies & Research at the University of Dar Al Uloom held a meeting with postgraduate students at the College of Law via the TEAMS platform with the aim of communicating directly with them to listen to their concerns and what they need to ensure that they have smooth academic progress.
The meeting was opened by a word by Her Excellency Dean of Postgraduate Studies & Research, Prof. Dr. Bulquees Daghestani, who after welcoming the attendees, addressed the most important points of interest to postgraduate students, highlighting the Deanship’s keenness on providing students with needed support and assistance. She also gave a brief description of the ‘We Support Your Research’ program and encouraged students to participate in it. After that she introduced students to the services provided by the digital library, and provided them with information about ways of communicating with the Central Library. In his turn, His Excellency the Dean of Law, Dr. Mufleh Al-Qahtani, gave a talk in which he addressed the academic aspects of to the study plan, among others. This was followed by a word by His Excellency Vice Dean of the College, Dr. Muhammad Al-Subaie, who described what goes on in students’s minds based on his past experience. Time was then given to receive and answer students’ inquiries. The
meeting was concluded with the Director of the Information Technology Department, Engineer Osama Abu Al-Asal, who briefed the students on the electronic systems provided by the university to serve students and the educational process.
