Student Clubs

There are seven Student Clubs, which are directly supervised by the Department of Student Affairs. These are centers for practicing hobbies and various activities, which provide equipment and training expertise to students to practice their favorite hobbies. They also contribute to promoting extracurricular activities and help achieve their educational goals by engaging students and encouraging their participation.

Vision of Student Cubs:


Build integrated personalities capable of facing challenges, and communicate with the community to meet its needs through effective planning of various activities, which contribute to the development of various aspects of students’ personalities to qualify them to assume their roles and responsibilities in the future.

Objectives

  • refine students’ personality and highlight their various talents
  • spend free time with meaningful and useful programs
  • participate in various local and global events to stay connected and exchange expertise
  • develop a spirit of affection and strengthen bonds between students

Target group:

Students of Dar Al Uloom University in male and female sections

Student Clubs:

Basketball Club: A club concerned with developing students’ skills in mastering basketball and representing the university in various tournaments.
Football Club: A club concerned with developing DAU Students’ skills in practicing football, and representing the university in various tournaments.
Handball Club: A club concerned with developing DAU Students’ skills in playing handball, and representing the university in various tournaments.
Sawaed Dar Al Uloom Club: A club concerned with carrying out various volunteer activities, and fulfilling the university’s social responsibility mission.
Press and Media Club: A club that takes care of everything related to the public and media activities at DAU.
Vision 2030 Club: A club that is concerned with raising awareness of the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and carrying out various activities that contribute to achieving them.
Consumer Protection Club: A club established in cooperation with the Consumer Protection Association and aims to raise consumer awareness

Students Council

It is a specialized council at the university level, with representative members of Dar Al Uloom University students who are nominated according to specific criteria. The significance of the club lies in its being a representative body of students, which is concerned with deepening communication with them, understanding their needs, and addressing their academic and support services needs within the university environment.

Vision

prepare and train students to assume responsibility, and involve students with distinguished competencies in decision-making to help develop the educational, academic, and service process to support the university’s mission and achieve its strategic goals.

Skills Record

A document approved by the university and is issued by the Student Affairs Department that includes all the professional abilities and skills that a student has acquired during his/her study at the university.
