The College of Business Administration at Dar Al Uloom University organized an open session with the Dean of COB Prof.Abdulrahman Alsultan and the Vice Dean Dr. Abdulaziz Algaeed, the Head of Marketing Department Dr. Mohammed Abdul Kader, the Head of HRM Department Dr. Taoufik Radouche, the Head of Accounting Department Dr. Amor Ayed, and the Supervisor of Female Section Ms. Manal AlHomoud .The main purposes of the meeting were; to enhance the preexisting relationships with students, have a better understanding of the challenges and difficulties facing students, and to work out for some proper solutions .The session began with a speech by the Dean of the College, Prof. Abdulrahman Al Sultan, who welcomed the students and urged them to take full advantage of the services provided by the University, such as academic supervision service which could be accessed online through SIS were students could then request a meeting either with the academic supervisor or with the course instructor. Prof .Abdulrahman Al Sultan informed COB’s students of the introduction of the Student Council in the College, which will in turn, strengthen the communication channels between Students and the College, seeks to provide various

activities for students, and to propose proper solutions to the most prominent challenges and difficulties facing students. The Dean concluded his speech by reinforcing the willingness of all faculties and administrative staff at COB to help whenever Students need support .The open session with the students was then established. The session discussed several topics including, the equivalence of the courses which were studied at other Universities ,the courses that will be offered during summer semester of the Arab track, the numbers of the students and their distribution among sessions, and the study plans and requirements.
