The College of Business Administration Student’s Club, in cooperation with the Entrepreneurship Club, organized a visit to the Entrepreneurship Center “CODE” (the Center for Digital Innovation) at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, on Tuesday 11/10/2022. The college was represented by a group of students under the supervision of the Student Activities Committee within the Finance and Banking Department. The director of the “CODE” project, Mr. Faisal Al-Ghamdi, graduated from the College of Business Administration at Dar Al-Uloom University, presented an introductory program for students. He focused on the entrepreneurship and digital innovation, and touched on the means of supporting technical programs for the targeted groups of University students. The representative of “CODE”, Ms. Al-Jawhara Saad, explained the stages of the growth of the entrepreneurial idea, which begins with how to form the initial idea and develop the business model, followed by details of the acceleration program and the incubator program that promotes the growth of the idea, its launch in the market, and the search for potential investors. Then the team moved onto a tour inside the “CODE” center to learn more about the facilities and services provided by the center. The visit concluded by thanking the staff of the “CODE” center for providing the students with the opportunity to visit the center and learn about the services and solutions provided by the center to the beneficiaries.
