1: Ensure the positiveness of the work climate among the FIN and Banking Department to enhance faculties and staff responsibility, integrity and transparency.

2: Offer a curriculum that imparts Finance and Banking knowledge, train and build skills sets to enhance students’ employability and competencies to face the dynamic business environment.

3: Elevate the quality of teaching-learning process by adopting   standards practices, through highly qualified teachers within an innovative and conducive learning environment.

4: Motivate faculty members and student’s involvement in research production.

5: Improve the quality of the Department to meet national accreditation.

6: Strengthen engagement with stakeholders through community service and extra-curricular activities.
