This course provides an overview of several aspects of history art including major stylistic movements and modern art. They make judgments and justify decisions. Motion Graphic Design

Description

Motion Graphics is a motion design course aimed at Motion Graphics majors. This course teaches several different approaches to animation with the goal of refined movement to tell stories and deliver messaging while maintaining a highly designed approach. Students can apply skills learned in this class to other design and animation classes.

Student will study animation techniques, digital video, color theory and composition and video editing. Students typically take part in both classroom instruction and practical experience using current technologies and industry-standard software applications. Animation or special effects projects are often part of the curriculum as well.

The experimentation and reflection will provide a working method, background research and conceptual framework for the development and delivery of high-quality master’s Project.  The Master Project Course will enable the students to present their full knowledge acquired during their previous courses and studies in the field of graphic and digital design. They will use advance communication design to address problems and communicate messages based on commercial and cultural issues. They should use graphics, image, animation, sound and text to convey messages by means of different formats, which could include those of illustration, photography, graphic design, interactive design, 3 dimensional objects and/or the moving image. The students will develop their subject knowledge using advanced specialist practice and experimentation to examine the boundaries of their own design practice researching how these may challenge themselves through experimentation, innovation with a consideration of potential audiences

Description

This course will cover theory and practice of letter forms and typography as they apply to graphics, advertising and other areas of design and visual communication. Projects cover principles of typography, letter structure, type face selection, fundamentals of computer typesetting, and typographic layout. and the expressive potential of type will be explored through reading, research, exercises, and design production. Sequential studies will follow the design process: problem-solving through exploration, experimentation, selection, critique, and refinement. Effectiveness of typographic design will be evaluated in terms of legibility, readability, and expression.

Advanced Digital Imaging

Description

The course encourages exploration of image production with an emphasis on technical excellence in photography and imaging. Students work on advanced projects using Adobe Photoshop or New Advance Image Software to create pieces and all advanced photo imaginary for design and digital Processing campaigns. Topics include high standards in retouching, cropping, exposures, filters, color correcting, effects, HDR Photos, and working with the idea to create high-prepared professionals to face the elevate standards required to work with small and big companies. Students will also learn to produce and optimize images for the World Wide Web.
