The student council of the College of medicine has organized educational panel discussion “Your Child’s Well-being”
As part of Dar Al-Uloom University’s efforts to promote public health and community service, the Student Council at the College of Medicine—represented by the Pediatrics Interest Group (PathPedia) and in collaboration with the Growth Promotion Association and the Learning Disabilities Association—organized an educational panel discussion titled “Your Child is Well.”
The event was held at the university theater and streamed online.
Target Group:
Parents and the general community interested in child health.
Main Axes:
• Raising awareness about child health fundamentals and parenting skills.
• Highlighting the importance of clinical nutrition for child growth.
• Discussing pediatric endocrinology and obesity prevention.
• Correcting misconceptions and answering parents’ inquiries.
The session hosted a group of consultants and specialists as guest speakers who provided simplified scientific content, followed by a Q&A session for both in-person attendees and online viewers.
A total of over 60 individuals benefited from the event, with notable positive engagement and strong interest from attendees in the topics discussed.
