Student Affairs organizes an introductory Meeting for new students and holds a workshop about University Electronic Systems.

The Student Affairs department under the Deanship of Admissions, Registration, and Student Affairs organized an introductory meeting on Monday (September 10th) for new students, welcoming and familiarizing the students to the regulations and facilities of the University.

The meeting started on the male campus. Dr. Nasser Al-Enizy, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, explained the mechanism of university education and ways to adapt to the new academic life. He urged students to take advantage of all kinds of activities and programs offered, as they are productive fields to channel energies.

Mr. Abdullah AlAttas, Admission Coordinator, gave an introduction about university rules and regulations, the partial scholarships, and the importance of Student ID cards.

Dr. Al-Enizy introduced the students to the facilities of the university giving a brief tour of the university’s hallways and colleges, and emphasized the importance of knowledge of university facilities to adapt to university life.

The Department of Student Affairs, represented by Ms. Lina Al-Saleem who is responsible for student activities, organized an introductory meeting for the new students. The meeting was joined by a representative of each faculty and student club. The Students’ questions were answered.

On Wednesday (September 11th), a workshop was held for both male and female students. It was about information systems, e-learning, university e-mail, and how these can make university studies easier for students.
