Knowledge and Understanding:

K1

Possess a thorough understanding of critical knowledge of the main areas of Project Management, including concepts and principles, international standards, different methodologies, and PM Framework, the alignment between project selection and the organizational strategic goals, and their current application to Project Management professional practice.

K2

To be aware of the challenges faced by project and program managers in the local and international environment, which might affect Project KPIs and can impact organizational performance in general and project success in specifically to align their outcomes to organizational goals and strategy

K3

Possess knowledge and deep specialized understanding of how new knowledge is developed and applied and the effects of recent research on the organizational acumen, specifically in the field of Project Management and its associated professional practice.

Skills:

S1

Apply project management practices and theoretical knowledge in critically dealing with a wide variety of unpredictable Project Management professional contexts and develop original and creative responses to issues and problems.

S2

Utilize advanced research techniques and appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods in the creative analysis of complex issues to make informed and defensible judgments about Project Management-related practices and issues where no complete or consistent information is available.

S3

Communicate effectively at appropriate levels with academic and professional audiences and the wider community through informal and formal reports, presentations, and professional publications, including major project reporting.

Use a wide range of advanced tools, such as Project Management Scheduling and the Enterprise Project Management System (EPMS), to explore and process project and team performance data for the purpose of monitoring and controlling Projects and programs.
