HRM in an organization is vital to its success, by managing human capital in an efficient and effective manner many of the organization\u2019s strategic <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW163868193 BCX0\">objective<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW163868193 BCX0\"> can be achieved. HRM program students are exposed to many functions and activities related to human capital management in an organization including human resource planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance measurement, risk management and worker protection, Labor law, and continuous quality improvement processes.
