The Student Advisory Council at the college (for both males and females) is composed as follows:
The Dean of the College as President
The Deputy Dean of the College as Vice President
The Female Deputy Dean of the College as Secretary of the Council
Six students (three male students and three female students) from the Bachelor of Law program as members
One male and one female student from the Master’s program in Private Law as members
One male and one female student from the Master’s program in Public Law as members
The council is responsible for the following:
Ensuring communication between the college and students to help improve the academic, administrative, and educational processes within the college.
Identifying student needs and encouraging them to participate in visits, seminars, and workshops related to their fields of study, and conveying their opinions regarding the services provided to them within the college.
Providing advice to the Dean of the College on matters of interest to students.
Contributing to making the college a suitable environment and the ideal place for acquiring knowledge, exchanging experiences, and embodying good morals and harmony among all its members.
Assisting in connecting students with the college and its activities.
Clarifying to the college students the rationale behind certain decisions and procedures that require such clarification and conveying students’ opinions regarding them to the relevant authorities.
Contributing to fostering positive interaction between students, departments, the college, and the university.
Addressing student issues and following up with the relevant administrations to ensure their rights are upheld and their voices are heard.
Engaging positively with community issues in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
