Scholarships
Dar Al Uloom University offers a comprehensive scholarship program to attract academically outstanding students and those wishing to enroll in its academic programs. This program helps qualified students complete their studies, and contributes to a strong, productive, and creative society.
Dar Al Uloom School Graduates Scholarship Program: Dar Al Uloom School graduates enrolled in bachelor programs are eligible for a 25% scholarship. This scholarship is automatically provided to qualified students upon admission, without conditions, and continues until graduation.
Ministry of Education's grants program for special cases: Scholarships are offered by the Ministry of Education to students with special needs, in cooperation with the university. Until graduation, Dar Al Uloom University covers 100% of the remaining tuition fees, in accordance with university regulations.
DAU Scholarship Program for Children of Martyrs: In recognition of martyrs' sacrifices in defense of religion and homeland, the University offers full scholarships to children of martyrs until graduation.
DAU's partial scholarship program: 50% and 20% scholarships to new and regular students:

During the first semester, new students entering college and enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs will receive a 20% partial scholarship. This scholarship continues for 20% of students with the highest cumulative GPA after the first semester. |
50% Partial Scholarship for the top 10 new students admitted to the college in undergraduate programs with a weighted average of 80% or higher (30% secondary, 30% aptitude, 40% achievement). This scholarship is offered for the first semester, and students will remain eligible for this scholarship if their cumulative GPA is at least 3.75. |
College of Dentistry |
20% Partial Scholarship for all new students entering the college for the first semester. This scholarship continues for 20% of students with the highest cumulative GPA after the first semester. |
50% Partial Scholarship for the top 5 new students admitted to the college with a weighted average of 85% or higher (30% secondary, 30% aptitude, 40% achievement). This scholarship is offered for the first semester, and students will remain eligible for this scholarship if their cumulative GPA is at least 3.75. |
College of Medicine |
20% Partial Scholarship for all new students entering the college for the first year. This scholarship continues for 20% of students with the highest cumulative GPA after the first year. |

College of Pharmacy and Applied Medical Sciences |
25% Partial Scholarship for all new students entering the college for the first semester. This scholarship is eligible until graduation without conditions. |
50% Partial Scholarship for the top 5 new students admitted to the college with a weighted average of 85% or higher (30% secondary, 30% aptitude, 40% achievement). This scholarship is offered for the first semester, and students will remain eligible for this scholarship if their cumulative GPA is at least 3.75. |
Requirements for scholarship application
The student should be a regular at DAU
The student must study at his/her own expense.
Undergraduate students should register for a minimum of 12 credit hours and a maximum of 20 credit hours per semester. Graduate students should register for a minimum of 3 credit hours and a maximum of 12 credit hours per semester. Exceptions may be granted in accordance with DAU's Undergraduate Study and Examination Regulations.
Loans
Dar Al Uloom University seeks partnerships with donor agencies that provide need-based loans to help students obtain academic degrees. As one of these agencies, the Maslak Educational Fund was created through a strategic partnership between Al Rajhi Bank and the General Authority for Endowments. With this fund, students can obtain educational loans for specializations in demand in the job market. These loans have easy repayment during the study period and no interest afterwards.
