The Deanship of Admission, Registration and Student Affairs congratulates the new graduates of Dar Al Uloom University, wishing them all the best in their future success. We would like to inform you that printing and delivering graduation certificates to DAU’s graduates will begin once the relevant college councils and University Council have approved the graduation lists.
Graduation Requirements:
All study plan requirements should be completed within the time frame specified in the Undergraduate Study and Examination Regulations and Executive Rules at DAU and the Rules & Regulations for Graduate Studies in Universities and Executive Rules at DAU
Undergraduate students must have a cumulative GPA of 1.00 or higher, while master students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Treat all incomplete grade cases
Procedure for obtaining a graduation certificate:
Obtain electronic clearance with final approval from all relevant authorities. Click here.
Update the graduate’s information on the Student Information System (SIS). Click here.
Fill out the attendance request on the Student Information System (SIS) to receive the graduation certificate. Click here (Home -> Student Information System -> Alumnus -> Attendance Request to Receive the Graduation Certificate).
Visit the Registration Office in the Deanship of Admission, Registration, and Student Affairs (for both male side and female side) to receive a graduation certificate.
