The operational plan for the bachelor’s program in the Interior Design is designed to accomplish the department’s strategic goals. The primary responsibilities of the IDE Operating Plan Committee include:
- Tracking the achievement of key performance indicators aligned with the strategic plan.
- Preparing reports to monitor the progress of the department’s strategic objectives.
- Holding monthly meetings with each internal IDE committee to review progress towards key performance indicators.
- Compiling a comprehensive report for top management on the periodic activities and progress of each committee toward achieving performance metrics.
Collecting progress reports from all committees to assess their success in meeting performance indicators and initiatives, ensuring continuous follow-up on their activities and advancement.
