DAU’s first strategic plan (2017-2022) achieved full institutional and program-specific accreditation, setting a strong foundation for academic excellence, community engagement, and institutional priorities. Building on this, the second strategic plan (2023-2027) aims to further enhance academic and administrative performance, guided by Vision 2030, a commitment to quality assurance, and alignment with labor market needs.
The plan was developed with stakeholder input from faculty, students, alumni, and industry partners, using strategic tools such as SWOT and TOWS analyses for actionable insights. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework organizes DAU’s objectives into financial, stakeholder, internal process, and growth perspectives, ensuring all activities align with DAU’s mission. The College of Architecture and Digital Design (CADD) aligns with DAU’s strategic goals, supporting academic quality, community impact, and sustainable growth
