The operational plan for the bachelor’s program in the Graphic Design Department is designed to accomplish the department’s strategic goals. The primary responsibilities of the GDE Operating Plan Committee include:
- Tracking the achievement of key performance indicators aligned with the strategic plan.
- Preparing reports to monitor the progress of the department’s strategic objectives.
- Holding monthly meetings with each internal GDE committee to review progress towards key performance indicators.
- Compiling a comprehensive report for top management on the periodic activities and progress of each committee toward achieving performance metrics.
- Collecting progress reports from all committees to assess their success in meeting performance indicators and initiatives, ensuring continuous follow-up on their activities and advancement
