\u201cArchitectural Engineering\u201d Program<\/h3>\n
The \u201cArchitectural Engineering\u201d program at DAU, offers a creative environment of integrating theoretical and structural courses with rigorous hand-on design studios. By doing so, we permit our students to be more creative in all features of the designed environment. In addition, the study Plan focuses on design studio as a core requirement for each semester, and manages with a strong vertical and horizontal coordination through shared strategies. Required projects for the Design Studios may vary, from a simple direct application of spaces synthesis, to the most sophisticated collaboration of spaces, covering exemplar projects: Saudi Villa, General Hospital, and a major four terminals International Airport. All the required Design Studio\u2019s projects are indicative with the Saudi Industry: Housing, Sustainability, and Heritage.
