My Teaching Philosophy To teach is to create the sights smells touch and sounds of a students learning experience These sensory encounters shape my students perceptions and behaviors and most importantly set the stage for life events Eventually my students will leave the study seats to immerse in life What I aim for is those positive memories in addition to the cheerful experience that pushes my students up when life brings them down It is my goal to genuinely listen to my students and understand their needs and desires to best enable their positive experiences in learning which in turn make satisfying life memories possible Also taking them into a journey based on what their wishes in learning will enable their best capabilities and increases their production My role is to illuminate the students minds and take them by their hands in the right direction Show them the correct scheme to solution finding Guide them into the design process and problemsolving route Consequently it will light up the creativity and powerup their imagination to continue the journey later in life Finally I will make sure they move forward by being next to them along the way Every lecturer knows that each student absorbs the information differently My job is to find how each student takes knowledge so I deliver it the right way Accordingly each word counts and every reaction influence to best empower the students superpowers and boost the hero in them I am not just teaching them a specific course or subject but I am raising them in natural life and affecting on their behaviors and attitudes I try to create a friendly relationship with my students to win their trust The students are my responsibility and concern Therefore I challenge myself to be in control of my class while not being bossy It is important to illustrate that the students and I are one team and we all contribute in class equally In addition I explain to them that each student is a fundamental part of the class and it is never the same without them My wish is to motivate their confidence and encourage their output Teaching is a lifetime journey It is variable and renewable The best way to improve my self and enhance my teaching strategies is by listening to my students I believe that I learn from them as much as they learn from me My philosophy in selfgrowth is that the more I give my students the more they give me It is a win win ride Hala Hafiz
