With participation of the Health colleges, the Nursing Department at the College of Pharmacy and Applied Medical Sciences, Dar Al Uloom University, organized a health awareness event titled \u201cYour Health in Numbers\u201d on April 7, 2026. The event aimed to enhance public health awareness and encourage community members to monitor their health and prevent chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions. The event featured several interactive stations where participants were able to measure their blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose level, and calculate their Body Mass Index (BMI). In addition, attendees received guidance on healthy nutrition, the importance of regular physical activity, and the value of routine health screenings for early disease detection. The event included interactive activities and educational questions, along with the distribution of informative materials to enhance participants\u2019 understanding of health information. It witnessed strong engagement, reflecting its success in raising awareness and encouraging proactive health practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n
