Male students from the Nursing Department at the College of Pharmacy and Applied Medical Sciences participated in a visit to the World Defense Show, held in Malham, Riyadh. The visit was accompanied by several faculty members and aimed to strengthen the connection between academic learning and practical experience, while aligning educational outcomes with community needs. During the visit, students explored the latest developments and technologies in the defense and security industries. They observed advanced innovations in defense systems, field medical technologies, emergency solutions, and crisis management. The visit also highlighted the importance of collaboration between different sectors in supporting the Kingdom\u2019s defense and security systems. The trip provided students with valuable insights into the role of innovation and international cooperation in developing defense industries, as well as enhancing preparedness and sustainability. It also broadened their professional perspective and reinforced the important role of healthcare professionals\u2014especially nurses\u2014in supporting health systems related to emergency and disaster sectors. This visit reflects the College of Pharmacy and Applied Medical Sciences \u2013 Nursing Department\u2019s commitment to exposing students to national and global developments, and to strengthening their awareness of their future role in serving the nation, in line with the Kingdom\u2019s vision and comprehensive development goals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
