Borrowing and Returning: Library materials should be borrowed and returned according to the specific rules and procedures set by the center, and users should adhere to the designated return deadlines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Equipment Usage: The available equipment and devices in the center should be used for their intended purposes and in accordance with the specified rules and instructions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
