Continuous professional development in the College of Dentistry aims to:

1. Developing teaching capabilities and developing the theoretical and practical teaching performance of faculty members in the college, with setting a schedule for training and development programs during the academic year.
2. Ensure that faculty members acquire scientific information.
3. Continuous interaction with the Curriculum Committee of the College towards evaluation, scientific analysis and drawing conclusions in order to achieve the scientific progress of the College.
4. Presentation of a detailed periodic report on the work of the unit for consideration by the College Council.
5. Implementing a specific and programmed vision aimed at providing support and advice in the field of Continuous professional development for faculty members.
6. Responding to all requirements of programmatic and institutional accreditation in cooperation with the Faculty’s Quality Unit.
