The College of Business Administration has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Project Management Institute (PMI-KSA) to develop and strengthen its strategic relations with the labor market. The Memorandum of Understanding that was signed by the COB Acting Dean, Dr. Abdulrahman Alshimai, and the President of Project Management Institute -KSA Chapter, Eng. Badr M. Burshaid during the second edition of the Global Project Management Forum (GPMF 2023), Saudi Arabia’s most diverse conference for project management professionals under the theme: “Project Management Ecosystem: The Journey to Excellence”, on June 12-13, 2023.

This memorandum aims to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in the field of project management by providing specialized training courses, exchanging field visits to enhance and transfer knowledge in the field of project management, and linking the outcomes of the master’s program in project management with the skills and competencies the labor market needs.

The signing of this agreement comes as part of the COB’s efforts to implement and comply with the best-practice bundle in the field of project management which will positively impact the quality of the scientific and professional outputs of the graduates and prepare them to the labor market.
