Develop future multi-skilled managers and entrepreneurs, by equipping the students with the knowledge, skills and values, necessary for leading business organizations in a fast-changing, competitive, and increasingly global work environment towards the achievement of KSA’s 2030 Vision aspirations, through high-calibre faculty members, in an environment that is research-oriented and community service-focused.

MBA Program Goals

1.To yield graduates who are appropriately skilled and sufficiently competent who are capable of filling senior management positions in a wide range of national and international organizations.

2.To create a student-focused; experience-based; community-emphasized learning environment in which the significance of stakeholders is appreciated and exhibited by their involvement in the decision-making process.

3.To create a favorable organizational climate that would motivate faculty and render them in full alignment with the program’s mission and goals.

4.To foster a culture of community engagement promoting community-MBA partnerships that enrich teaching, learning, research, and creative activities, address critical societal issues, and contribute to community welfare.

5.To institute an efficient and effective MBA program’s research process.

6.To provide students with the knowledge and skills that would render them able to act autonomously in tackling and solving anticipated and unpredictable and/or complex problems and cooperate with others and provide leadership when appropriate in group situations.
