Summary of his biography :

Dr Taoufik Radouche is Assistant Professor in Management and Chairman of Human Resource Department of Dar Al Uloom University – Riyadh KSA from 2017 to 2022 He is a Deputy Director for Planning Development and Decision Support Department at DAU from 2022 He is the Head of DAUs Learning and Teaching Committee from 2022 He is a coordinator member of the DAUs Final Exam Committee from 2020 to 2022 He is also a member of several DAU and COB committees related to the institution and programs accreditations He is a member of the DAUs strategic plan office
He received a PhD from the Faculty of Economics and Business of Sfax – University of Sfax – Tunisia He has published in a variety of journals and book including Public Administration Research International Journal of Business and Management International Business Research In addition He is the author of two books He is a member of international scientific Committee and reviewer of scientific journal article Also he conducts training sessions on several topics Governance Electronic governance egov opendata Dashboard Human resource management Communication Provisional Human Resources Management Human Development time and stress Management Editorial and writing skills… He has taught many courses in management and HRM areas in several universities in KSA and Tunisia Furthermore He is an International Arbitrator
